Yes Optus

I've never had that worst experience ever. I was stolen my phone, so I got new SIM card and I needed to reactive my previous phone number. But after that, internet data didn't work. And I went to this Optus shop and asked them to fix it. But Caucasian lady staff treated me so badly. She was so unfriendly, and looked like upset or angry. She just changed the SIM and said me to wait 15min. I waited 15min (actually 30min, for being sure), didn't work. I felt there was other point of problem, I went to shop again and explained this situation to the another guy staff. But this guy said me to wait 4hours at least. I told him that lady staff said me wait 15min and I was sure that there was another problem. But he said he couldn't do anything until waiting 4hours, this guy was unfriendly too. I was really angry coz they never tried to solve the problem. After I went to another Optus shop, and they were so good coz they tried to fix my problem willingly. They never said "just wait". This is professional way.
I was really disappointed with this shop.
