JB Hi-Fi Maribyrnong - Highpoint

The worst JB store I've ever come across. Not once but on every occasion I go there. There is simply not enough staff to accommodate the amount of customers in highpoint and today was the day I realised that enough is enough. Not only did I wait half an hour for someone to serve me but when I finally thought I was going to be served the employee goes on to serve someone else. The thing is he told me he would serve me next. I confront him about it and then says 'another guy was serving you'. I wouldn't be asking for his assistance if someone was with me already? Simply appalling and I walked out very disappointed because I had been waiting for way too long already.

Went across to JB Hi Fi HOME across the road at rosamond road. Much better service so of course I gave them the sale instead. They agreed with me with how bad the service was at highpoint.
