    Bought a pair of shoes online and it was slightly faulty after I had worn it a few times. Went into the Highpoint store and was served by a a friendly guy, and processed my refund promptly without excuses. It was a busy day on the 23rd Dec but all staff were still very friendly with customers. Great service!
