  They gotta learn how to do a custermer service properly.
  Me and my gf wanted to refund two bicycles a couple of hours after the purchase. and the woman who was supposed to be doing the custermer service at a custermer service center she was upset and saying "are you kidding me?" as soon as when I asked for a refund. Cause she thought they were already built those bicycles. but it's ridiculous cos they said to me that we gon be able to have them assembled in next week.
  Anyway we got our money back after all
  But she should have checked first before she gets mad at her custermers.
